Esta serie de pinturas gira entorno a los territorios, los mitos y la pintura como testimonio y documento histórico. La serie la produje en el contexto de la pandemia de la Covid-19. Muchas de estas pinturas citan a obras decimonónicas de latinoamérica; Números Imaginarios, sin embargo, es una cita de una obra del siglo XVII de un matemático.

Fata Morgana es una serie que articula pintura y tecnología. El fenómeno metereológico fata morgana es un espejismo superior cuyo nombre esta inspirado en el personaje arturiano de Morgana, hada que creaba ilusiones en los mortales. Fata morgana es un término científico que engloba un mecanismo observable de la luz en la atmosfera de la Tierra al mismo tiempo que un ser ficcional y mágico. Del mismo modo, la pintura puede describirse en términos científicos como poéticos.
ENG | Fata Morgana is series of paintings that articulates painting and technology. The metereological phenomena fata morgana is superior mirrage and its name is inspired by the arturian fictional character, Mograna, the fairy that was able to create ilusions upon mortals. Fata morgana is a term that refers both to a mechanism of light refraction on the Earth’s atmosphere, and a fictional character with magical powers. Painting can also be described both in cientific terms and poetic terms.

Joseph Andreas es una serie de pinturas entorno a un personaje ficticio, Joseph Andreas, inspirado en Rambrandt Van Rijn. Joseph es una personificación de un contenido poético que transita estas obras y representa la figura del artista, un espíritu. Es un ejercicio lúdico de actuar mediante las obras géneros pictóricos e imágenes. La serie fue inspirada en un cuadro de Rembrandt, un retrato de un hombre con sombrero.

El tema central en estas obras es la mitología de Anton Regularis -una suerte de medías o leyenda-, cada obra es un capítulo en la vida de este personaje. Anton Regularis es un ícono, una idea que se transforma de un momento a otro como una metáfora del relato histórico del arte.
